DTaP Protects against diphtheria, tetanus (lockjaw), and pertussis (whooping cough) 2, 4, 6, 12-18 months, 4-6 years
Hepatitis B Protects against hepatitis B, which causes liver disease Birth, 1-4 months, 6 months
Polio (IPV) Protects against Polio 2, 4, 6 months, 4-6 years
PCV7(Prevnar) Protects against pneumococcal bacteria which can cause life-threatening meningitis and blood infections 2, 4, 6, 12-15 months
Hib Protects against Haemophilus influenzae type B, a major cause of spinal meningitis 2 ,4, 6, 12-15 months
Rotavirus Protects against rotavirus, a severe diarrheal illness 2, 4, 6 months
MMR Protects against measles, mumps, and rubella (German measles) 12-15 months, 4-6 years
Varicella Protects against chicken pox 12-18 months, 4-6 years
Hepatitis A Protects against hepatitis A, which can cause liver disease 12 and 18 months
TdaP Protects against tetanus (lockjaw), diphtheria, and pertussis (whooping cough) 11-12 years, booster every 10 years
MCV (Menactra) Protects against meningococcal disease, a serious bacterial infection that can cause meningitis 11-18 years
HPV (Gardasil) Protects against cervical cancer and genital warts ages 11+ (3 dose series over 6 month period)
Influenza Protects against the flu Yearly in the fall, starting at age 6 months
